Meet Our Founders
Mary Wang is a Certified Power Pilates Instructor, Vbarre Instructor, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, ASFA Certified Pilates Instructor, and Certified Pilates Coach Reformer Instructor with a degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology.
She studied at Boston University and has worked in the Wellness Industry for the past 20 years as a Pilates Instructor, Cardiac Rehab Specialist, and Functional Movement Specialist. She is an expert who develops custom exercises and personalized sequences. This detailed and individualized approach to fitness ensures access to every muscle which results in a long, lean, healthy body.
Rather than employing existing movement patterns that use already dominant muscle groups, we adjust imbalances and retrain the neuromuscular system, affecting body-changing results.
Timothy Wang is a Chiropractor, Certified Balanced Body Pilates Practitioner, and Certified Schwinn Cycle Instructor. He keeps abreast of the latest physiological research, eschewing fast-changing fitness fads and trends, giving each and the knowledge to affect body changing results. Whether your goal is to lose weight, reshape your body, or lessen pain, Dr. Timothy will evolve your program as you progress to achieve even greater heights of fitness and well-being.
